In spring of last year, we decided to do significant reductions to the budget of the current fiscal year. Some of the cuts include salary reductions and not filling the Liturgy Director, RCIA Minister and Youth Minister open positions. Our maintenance staff absorbed additional cleaning tasks to keep us all safe while putting on hold various long term tasks and projects.
We pray that through your sustained support we may fill these empty positions in 2021-2022 so that we can provide the best level of service we can offer while allowing us to do more for the organizations that highly depend on our support. We’re very thankful for your continuous support and to those who generously increased their giving or added an additional gift to keep helping us to continue to fulfill our mission.
We are implementing remote operations for our staff, allowing our faith services, hospitality, and finance to continue their important work. Call us to 713-869-3783 or email us at info@sttheresa.cc To learn more about what we’re currently doing, click here.

The Diocesan Services Fund (DSF) supports 60+ programs benefitting the 1.7 million Catholics in our Archdiocese. This weekend in St. Theresa, Fr. Phil will share about the DSF 2019 appeal, and ask for your support and prayers. This appeal supports the ministries within our Archdiocese that Teach, Evangelize and Worship; Minister to the Poor, Sick and Incarcerated; Promote, Prepare and Support the Clergy; and Nurture and Strengthen Families.
