If you are registered at St. Theresa Catholic Church, are going to be a Godparent for a Baptism, and need a letter of good standing, please fill out this form.   FROM THE CODE OF CANON LAW: Sponsors for the Sacrament of Baptism must be Catholics who have been confirmed and have received the Sacrament of Eucharist. They must be in good standing with the Catholic Church and lead a life in harmony with the faith in keeping with the function to be undertaken. (Canon #874 & #893)
