Music Ministry

All creatures of our God and King...

The Saint Theresa Music Ministry supports our parish mission of All Are Welcome. There are many opportunities for all to participate! The primary goal of our Music Ministry is to enhance each liturgy with liturgical music encouraging active participation among the gathered assembly and inspiring ministry beyond our church walls.

The Saint Theresa Choir rehearses on Wednesdays from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm in the church choir loft and sings at the 10:00 am Sunday Mass. This ensemble also serves at all parish principal liturgies throughout the liturgical year, including Christmas, Holy Week, and Easter. There is no formal audition to be part of this ensemble. The ability to read music is not necessary, just a love for music and commitment to ministry. CORO HISPANO
1:00 pm Sunday

 Este coro canta cada domingo en la misa en español de las 12:00 p.m.  Practicamos cada domingo 30 minutos antes de la misa. Si a usted le gustaría cantar con nosotros, contactenos, enviandole un correo a info@sttheresa.cc. 

The Praise Team leads the 5:30 pm Sunday Mass in a mix of contemporary and traditional worship. Singers and instrumentalists are always welcome! If you are interested in playing an instrument or singing with this group, please contact Eric DiMarzio at dimarzio.eric@gmail.com.

CANTORS

 Cantors lead the gathered assembly in singing together at each liturgy. Cantors do not need to be professional singers but should speak and sing well enough to serve as a leader for the assembly. If you are interested, contact Stephen Schad at s.schad@sttheresa.cc to schedule a meeting. 

INSTRUMENTALISTS

 Many of our liturgies incorporate instrumentalists to enhance our celebrations throughout the liturgical year. If you play an instrument and would like to share your gift, please contact Stephen Schad at s.schad@sttheresa.cc to schedule a meeting to discuss your interest.
